Billing questions
- What counts as a student?
- Anyone you have assigned work to in the current billing month. Archived students and students who only message you do not count.
- What if I go over 25 students?
- Nothing breaks. You keep working with everyone on your roster for the rest of the cycle, we will get in touch about the 25-student limit, and you are never charged retroactively.
- Do you take payment details for the trial?
- No. The 14 day Coach trial needs an email address and nothing else.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your export stays available for 30 days after that. One button, no phone call and no retention flow.
